Our Citizen's Charter represents
the commitment of the Department of Industrial
Policy & Promotion (DIPP) towards standards,
quality and time frame of service delivery,
grievance re-addressal mechanism, transparency,
accountability and confidentiality. DIPP in its
efforts to provide a more responsive, industry
and citizen-friendly governance, coordinates the
efforts to formulate and operationalise
Citizen's Charters. With a view to ensure
effective implementation of Citizen's Charter,
Public Relational Officer, Grievance officer and
Additional Secretary have been appointed as the
Business Ombudsman to look into the complaints
relating to delays in clearance of
projects/approvals.
